Roles & Responsibilities

  • Total ~7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Vue.js/Nuxt.js, preferably in a scaling startup environment.
  • Strong expertise in Vue.js/Nuxt.js with deep understanding of the virtual DOM and client-side GraphQL using Apollo Client.
  • Experience with asynchronous requests, partial page updates, WebSocket management, and familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as LESS and SASS; ability to address browser compatibility issues.
  • Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; solid knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js or Nuxt.js, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Implement client-side GraphQL queries/mutations with Apollo Client and manage asynchronous data flows, partial page updates, and WebSocket communications.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement styling using LESS/SASS, with responsive design and accessibility considerations.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to drive architecture decisions and apply domain-driven design principles, including code reviews and mentoring.

JD: Frontend Developer

Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer, ideally in an expanding startup environment.

Strong expertise in frontend technologies on Vue.js or NuxtJs (+5 years of experience).

Deep understanding of managing the virtual DOM.

Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.

Experience in handling asynchronous requests, partial page updates, and web-sockets management.

Good understanding of browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Masters in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.

Solid knowledge of DDD.

Mastery of client-side GraphQL with Apollo Client.

Total exp of around 7 yrs. and then 5 yrs. in Vue.js
