Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5-9 years of experience in EQMS/iQMS with hands-on knowledge of these platforms
  • Extensive experience with testing methodologies in large digital transformation programs, including functional testing, SIT, and UAT
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment with strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile development practices; ability to mentor and guide the quality engineering team

Requirements:

  • Analyze business requirements/specifications and translate them into functional test cases for EQMS/iQMS
  • Participate in system testing and validate that the solution meets specified requirements; support functional testing, SIT and UAT phases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and technical/testing teams to facilitate clear communication
  • Mentor and coach team members, provide functional guidance to the quality engineering team, and continuously evaluate and improve QA processes in an Agile, fast-paced delivery model

Job description

Job Summary -
Exp Level 5-9yrs

Domain & hands-on knowledge in EQMS / iQMS ,

Extensive experience in testing methodologies in large digital transformation programs

Analyze business requirements/specifications and translate them into functional test cases for EQMS / iQMS

Candidates with Semi-Conductor Industry background is preferable but not mandatory.

Should have experience in conducting & support Functional Testing, SIT & UAT phases

Participate in system testing, validating that the solution meets specified requirements

Candidate should have good communication skills and have vast experience in managing stakeholders in multi-vendor environment

Experience with tools like Azure Dev Ops (ADO) is preferred

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application/functional requirements.

Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance

Provide functional guidance to the quality engineering team

Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes

Work closely with all stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure quality deliverables

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams, testing teams & facilitating clear communication

Participate in system testing, validating that the solution meets specified requirements

Experience working in Agile development methodology and fast paced delivery model

Note: Should have at least 3+ years of functional experience with above skills
