Roles & Responsibilities

4+ years experience as an implementation consultant/analyst in the functional implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Sales operations, preferably in global/multi-country environments.
Firm understanding of D365 FO / Dynamics AX ERP.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of ITIL-based processes and Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program/project clients.
Deliver weekly status reports and communicate program progress and issues to client stakeholders.
Perform business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping, and develop functional design documents (FDD).
Oversee functional installation, configuration, user acceptance testing, go-live support and post-go-live process improvements.
