Roles & Responsibilities

Supply chain experience is required
Experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or in a BA role
Experience translating business requirements into development requirements and collaborating with product managers
Experience creating master epics, epics/features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Requirements:

Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into development requirements, prioritize backlogs, and derive sprint objectives
Define configuration specifications, business analysis requirements, and create Master Epics, Epics/Features, and User Stories with acceptance criteria
Maintain documentation for various projects, processes, and operations; establish traceability from requirements to design, code, and test cases; monitor issues and report insights to the product team
Own and develop relationships with partners to optimize and enhance integrations; help design and maintain system processes; support QA through test case reviews and ensure product meets specifications

Job description

Supply chain experience is must.
Work closely with the Product Managers and translate business requirements into Development requirements
Based on client and product managers input, prioritize, and derive increment and sprint objectives and goals
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Define functional and non-functional product requirements
Create Master Epics, Epics / Features, User Stories including writing conditions of acceptance & other details
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
Establish traceability of requirements to design / code and test cases
Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Help design, document, and maintain system processes
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
Communicate key insights and findings to product team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Help with quality assurance test case reviews
Ensure Product meets required specifications and approve the same
