Role Overview:

PradeepIT is seeking a talented and experienced Appian Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Appian development, with a focus on analysis, design, and development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on global projects for our esteemed customers.

Technical Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Appian Development.

- Strong hands-on experience in analysis, design, and development.

- Proficiency in Appian BPM, including designing conceptual workflows, developing BPM processes, building user interfaces, and integrating with multiple systems.

- Experience with Appian Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Expression Rules, and Functions.

- Familiarity with Web APIs, Sites, Process Model as a Service, Admin Console, and Document Management in Appian.

- Knowledge of web services and integration is preferred.

- Experience with Web API/REST API development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Appian BPM solutions, including designing conceptual workflows and developing BPM processes.

- Build user interfaces that meet user requirements and ensure a seamless user experience.

- Integrate Appian solutions with multiple systems using Appian Process Models and integration Smart Services.

- Utilize your expertise in Web APIs, Sites, Process Model as a Service, Admin Console, and Document Management to enhance Appian applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Appian projects.

- Stay updated with the latest Appian features and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Appian certifications are a plus.
