Senior AI Engineer

For our client, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to develop intelligent chatbot and search platform components.

Join a cutting-edge project focused on building scalable, production-ready AI systems that power an advanced chatbot and intelligent search experience. You will work with large language models (LLMs), design robust data pipelines, and develop high-performance vector search solutions that integrate seamlessly with real-world user interactions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, LangChain, etc.).
• Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar) and prompt engineering.Strong knowledge of PGVector (Postgres) and experience with NLP solutions.
• Proven track record in building ETL pipelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills able to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
• English level B2+.
• Leadership mindset: able to guide, mentor, and inspire the team.

What You Will Do:

• Design and implement robust ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Generate embeddings and maintain vector databases for semantic search
• Integrate LLMs and fine-tune prompts for intelligent chatbot interactions
• Develop logic for intent detection, ranking, and contextual responses
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate APIs, test, and deploy models
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of AI/ML components
• Build feedback loops for continuous model improvement and adaptation
• Track metadata and ensure role-based access and compliance
