Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking skilled Quality Assurance Specialists to contribute to ongoing and upcoming public sector projects in Lithuania. These initiatives focus on the development, modernization, and digitalization of state services. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by applying best QA practices and collaborating closely with development teams.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing
• Hands-on experience with QA methodologies and their practical application
• Solid understanding of software development methods and quality processes
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with software development teams
• Good decision-making, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian

Nice to Have

• Experience in public sector or large-scale IT projects
• Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks

What You Will Do

• Plan, design, and execute test cases
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
• Participate in reviews, inspections, and validation activities
