Responsibilities
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with SRE candidates.
Assess knowledge in Linux, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and scripting.
Evaluate problem-solving and incident response skills.
Provide objective feedback to the recruitment team.
Solid hands-on background in SRE/DevOps/Systems Engineering.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, automation, and distributed systems.
Ability to evaluate coding skills (Python, Go, or similar).
Previous interview or mentoring experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and fairness in assessments.
Flexible, part-time engagement (interviews scheduled around your availability).
