What You'll Be Doing:

- Analyze and monitor IT systems, networks, and security protocols to ensure optimal performance and protection.

- Conduct system audits and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending solutions.

- Support company-wide IT initiatives from software rollouts to cloud migration projects.

- Collaborate with IT Technicians and other stakeholders to implement improvements and streamline workflows.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across hardware, software, cloud, and network environments.

- Generate reports and insights for leadership on system performance, security threats, and technology upgrades.

- Stay ahead of emerging IT trends, tools, and risks to keep Heritage at the forefront of innovation.

What You'll Bring:

- 2+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, IT Support Specialist, Systems Analyst, or related role.

- Strong understanding of network administration, cybersecurity principles, cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and endpoint management.

- Skilled at diagnosing and resolving technical issues methodically and efficiently.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills capable of translating technical insights into actionable information for both technical and non-technical teams.

- Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote work setting.

- Bonus points for certifications like CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar.
