Remote Customer Service Representative

- Understand our complex services (like CFD modeling, physical testing, and custom hardware solutions) and translate them into clear, helpful communication.

- Manage support tickets, emails, and occasional live chats to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly resolutions.

- Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams to solve client issues and enhance their experience.

- Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest ways we can improve your voice will matter here.

- Maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

What We are Looking For:

- 2+ years experience in a Customer Service, Client Success, or Account Management role (B2B or technical industry experience is a major plus).

- A natural communicator you can explain highly technical topics in a way that clients easily understand.

- Sharp problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.

- Professional, friendly, and relentlessly reliable.

- Experience with CRM platforms (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

- Self-driven and comfortable working 100% remotely across time zones.
