Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem formulation and data collection to model development, implementation, and evaluation.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines and infrastructure to support ongoing analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related fields, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential application in our projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful data science projects.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with advanced machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance and direction.
