Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 per year (based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location)

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our federal clients electronic document management platform! Have you previously managed mission-critical projects in the defense domain? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Federal Program Manager, Contracting Office, and other government stakeholders regarding EDM platforms operations, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Ensure all project activities align with government financial management standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance EDM systems performance and support the evolving needs of the client and its customers.
• Effectively gather customer requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and assist in defining requirements for future analysis and system developments.
• Ensure the EDM system maintains an online availability of 95% or higher at all times.
• Develop and implement project contingency plans to manage risk effectively.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Previous IT project management experience in the federal contracting domain, especially defense.
• Prior experience managing projects related to secure document management and workflow systems.
