  • Provide professional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries, communicating through various channels, and addressing complaints with a positive, empathetic attitude
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, keep records of customer interactions and transactions, and coordinate with colleagues as necessary

Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare
source data for computer entry
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
