Data Entry Specialist ::::::: $45 HR

Www is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to input Legal and Financial Terms for every active billing quote the company has performed. All data will be entered into SalesForce.com (experience with Salesforce is not required). You will be performing research and data extraction from different storage locations and applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of experience in data entry and analytics
• Quality Assurance experience to ensure data accuracy
• Ability to extract data from different applications (PDF, Word, Leverton, and scanned documents)
• Prepares source data by compiling and sorting information within a template to upload into SalesForce
• Works cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance to conduct data validation and quality control checks within SalesForce
• Basic understanding of Legal Contracts with financial terms
