We are building a pipeline of experienced and motivated Cold Callers or Appointment Setters for upcoming full-time remote opportunities. If you have a proven background in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting, especially within the real estate industry (a strong plus), we'd love to include you in our talent pool and reach out once a suitable position becomes available.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation

  • Experience or knowledge in the real estate industry is a strong advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to handle objections, build rapport, and convert leads over the phone

  • Experience using CRM tools, lead databases, or dialer systems

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling, lead conversion, and appointment targets

  • Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions
