We are seeking a driven and experienced Physician Recruiter to support our growing healthcare staffing needs. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and have a proven track record in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals. The role is fully commission-based, offering significant earning potential for recruiters who consistently deliver quality placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and qualify physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties
  • Conduct initial interviews and present candidates to internal hiring teams
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing priorities and timelines
  • Build strong candidate relationships to support long-term engagement

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years minimum experience as a Physician Recruiter or 

    3 - 4 years of overall experience in healthcare recruitment (clinical or allied health)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance
  • Proven ability to fill hard-to-place positions in a competitive market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must be results-oriented and comfortable with commission-based compensation

Compensation

  • Earn up to PHP 35,000 per successful placement

  • Unlimited earning potential depending on performance
