Key Role

As key member of the People Partnerships team, you will be responsible for design, delivery and execution of a full range of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to assigned groups and key stakeholders
Provide a high level of professional operational HR advice
Provide industrial and employee relations advice
Manage industrial and employee relations cases
Analysis of HR trends and data to support effective decision making
