IT Project Manager
For Proposal Purposes (Contingent Upon Award)
Position Summary
The IT Project Manager oversees the coordination, definition, staffing, and management of one or more projects, ensuring timely and high-quality software application delivery. Acting as the primary technical point of contact for upper management and technical teams, this position facilitates collaboration across business, management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Systems Analysis, Software Development, and Technical Writing functions. The IT Project Manager develops project schedules, leads status meetings, and manages resources throughout the software development lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage one or multiple concurrent IT projects
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource plans
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Lead project scheduling, status meetings, reporting, and risk management
- Serve as the technical liaison to higher-level Project Managers, Program Managers, and technical stakeholders
- Monitor project progress to ensure delivery quality and adherence to requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience
- C1 English proficiency level or higher (CEFR), with proof required (submit screenshot of results from approved free mobile application)
- A C1 level demonstrates that you can communicate confidently and effectively in nearly all professional situations.
- If English is your primary (native) language, you are not required to submit evidence of proficiency.
- If English is your secondary language, you must complete a free mobile English assessment and submit evidence of a C1 or higher

- US Citizen
Preferred Requirements
- PMP and/or SCRUM Master certification
- Experience in Cloud Management (Azure) or Data Warehouse Management
- Experience with AGILE development methodologies
