Requirements:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for medical writers and agency medical communications roles, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Manage candidate pipelines and workflows using an ATS (Workable preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to fill roles such as Medical Writer, Account Executive, Assistant Medical Writer, Business Development Coordinator, and Project Coordinator
Deliver high-quality hires within a short-term engagement (~3–4 months) with potential for extension

Job description

We’re looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc.

Time: ~30 hours/week (≈4 days/week)
Duration: ~3–4 months, with potential for extension
Location: Remote (US-based)
Comp: Competitive hourly rate
