Requirements:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for medical writers and agency medical communications roles, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Manage candidate pipelines and workflows using an ATS (Workable preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to fill roles such as Medical Writer, Account Executive, Assistant Medical Writer, Business Development Coordinator, and Project Coordinator
  • Deliver high-quality hires within a short-term engagement (~3–4 months) with potential for extension

We’re looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc.

Time: ~30 hours/week (≈4 days/week)
Duration: ~3–4 months, with potential for extension
Location: Remote (US-based)
Comp: Competitive hourly rate
