The Opportunity

UserWise is built around strong talent, clear goals, and real accountability. We help top studios create and scale games that millions play every day. Building new titles, improving existing ones, and delivering results with speed and precision. If you care about impact, craft, and working with a team that moves as one, you’ll feel at home here.

This is an opportunity to drive the visual evolution and content pipeline of established titles, working team that values execution, iteration, and data-informed content design. You’ll have high ownership, high visibility, and direct impact on the player experience, focusing on new features, LiveOps content, and visual updates that define how players engage and return every day.

If you thrive on fast-paced execution, enjoy collaborating to deliver high-quality art quickly, and want to leave your mark on globally backed live titles, this role gives you the autonomy, creative runway, and purpose-driven impact to do it.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Art Director to maintain and evolve the visual direction and consistency for our live games, applying established style guides and asset benchmarks to new content and features.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality LiveOps content and new feature assets, and undertake hands-on work in creating complex/key assets such as characters, environments, props, and UI illustrations.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, and UX Designers to translate design concepts and specifications into clear, visually appealing art deliverables.
  • Prepare and own the asset hand-offs to the engineering team for integration into Unity.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to facilitate smooth integration of assets into Unity and ensure optimal performance. Champion cross-discipline collaboration to achieve a cohesive and polished final product across all visual elements.
  • Ensure the quality and visual consistency of all UI art and game art is maintained and meets the established standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and user acquisition (UA) teams to ensure consistency between in-game assets and external ad creatives/key art.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a 2D Game Artist, with a proven track record of shipping at least two mobile or F2P titles.
  • Understanding of game development pipelines and technical constraints for mobile platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating skill across characters, environments, props, and stylized or casual game art.
  • Experience in 2D UI/UX art, creating and iterating on user interfaces.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other modern 2D production tools.
  • Working knowledge of 3D fundamentals, animation basics, and asset flow.
  • Ability to manage hands-on work and take ownership of art assets in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a remote, cross-disciplinary environment.
  • Organized; familiar with art production workflows and asset documentation.

Benefits

  • Help drive the visual growth and content pipeline of a globally recognized IP with real brand reach and growth potential.
  • Collaborate with a veteran-led studio that prizes creativity, experimentation, and player-first thinking.
  • High ownership, high visibility, and direct influence on how players engage with our product.
  • 100% remote, flexible work with a small, passionate, execution-focused team.
