The Opportunity
We are seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to support clinical implementation, education, and field engagement across the UK.
This is a part-time consultancy role, ideal for an experienced paramedic or nurse who wants to remain clinically active while contributing their expertise to a growing medtech business.
The role blends clinical training, customer interaction, and professional representation at demonstrations, conferences, and educational events.
Deliver on-site and remote clinical training and product implementation support
Act as a clinical expert for end users, supporting best practice and workflow adoption
Engage with prospective customers as part of business development and education activities
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and clinical meetings
Conduct live product demonstrations and clinical presentations
Capture and feedback real-world user insights to support product development and alignment
Registered Paramedic or Nurse
Minimum 5 years clinical experience
Strong clinical credibility and confidence engaging with healthcare professionals
Comfortable delivering training, presentations, and demonstrations
Able to work independently and manage a flexible, part-time workload
UK-based
Exposure to both EMS and hospital environments
Experience supporting clinical education or training programmes
Conference, exhibition, or workshop participation
Military medical background
Part-time consultancy engagement
Scope and workload aligned to business needs and may evolve over time
