We are seeking a mid-level Back-End (automation) Engineer to join our multicultural, distributed team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building secure, scalable, and client-centric fintech products that serve thousands of companies globally. This is a remote position.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will drive the development of cutting-edge, AI-supported software. You'll focus on enhancing our international value-moving products, including our predictive services and multi-currency payment systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, privacy, and performance.
What You'll Do:
• Bring your experience and energy to a high-performing and fast-moving team.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable back-end services for our AI-driven prediction and automated payment systems.
• Production experience with high-traffic, data-heavy applications
• Strong JavaScript & Node.js expertise for backend development
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable backend solutions
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Google Cloud & Cloudflare for performance and security
• Knowledge of basic front-end for optimized UI performance of our advertising systems
• Expertise in multi-currency payment systems & financial data handling
• Familiarity with machine learning & AI models
