Roles & Responsibilities

2+ years of applicable experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting concepts, with a strong background in Manufacturing Purchasing
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing ERP software and purchasing processes (e.g., Epicor, Infor, SAP, NetSuite, IFS, etc.)
Ability to travel up to 30-40%; excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills; customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently

Requirements:

Work independently on smaller consulting projects and ensure deliverables are completed on time
Identify issues and risks, report to Project Manager with recommended actions, and help manage the work plan
Interact with cross-functional teams and assist the Project Manager in organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan
Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time, while leveraging a high level of functional knowledge on purchasing modules

Job description

The Consulting Services Consultant participates in consulting engagements and assumes responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables. Assists aligned Project Manager with organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan. Incumbent will work with the client on an independent basis for short-term engagements

What You Will Be Doing:

Work independently on smaller projects.
Interact with members of cross-functional teams.
Identifies issues and risks and reports to Project Manager with suggested direction.
Ensure that project deliverable are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.
Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time.
Demonstrate a high level of functional knowledge on the modules associated with their respective certification track.

Ability to meet utilization targets and completes project deliverables on time
Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources, and monitor the performance of project tasks
Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently
Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations
Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting concepts
Strong background within Manufacturing Purchasing
Knowledge of Manufacturing ERP Software (Epicor, Infor, SAP, Netsuite, IFS, etc)
Ability to travel up to 30-40%

Range:

Minimum: $94,000 USD Maximum: $151,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
