Operator Coating

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience operating coating machines and robotics in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to perform machine setup, temperature monitoring, and quality inspections
  • Knowledge of water-base and polyurethane coating processes
  • Strong attention to safety, procedures, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Operate water-base coating machine for practice balls, including conveyor checks, dryer temperature verification, examining the ball to be coated, manual blending of coating fluids, activating robot to move balls, applying the correct amount of coating, and inspecting dried products for abnormalities
  • Operate colored coating machine (urethane balls), including conveyor checks, dryer temperature verification, examining the ball to be coated, injecting coating fluid into the paint blending system, activating robot to move balls, applying the correct amount of coating, and inspecting dried products for abnormalities
  • Operate top coating after marking: receive balls from marking, verify marking/printing status, check the coating machine and conveyor, verify dryer temperature, inject coating fluid into the paint blending system, activate robot to move balls, apply the correct amount of coating, and inspect dried products
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company procedures; maintain production records and coordinate with related processes

Job description

1. Water-base(soluble) coating machine (practice ball)

- Check the coating machine and the conveyor

- Check the temperature of Dryer

- Examination of the ball to be coated

- Manual blending of coating fluids

- Turn on the robot for moving balls

- Coating with the right amount of paint

- Check for abnormalities in dried products

2. Colored coating machine (urethane ball)

- Check the coating machine and the conveyor

- Check the temperature of Dryer

- Examination of the ball to be coated

- Injecting the coating fluid into the paint blending machine

- Turn on the robot for moving balls

- Coating with the right amount of paint

- Check for abnormalities in dried products

3. A Top Coating (Coating after Marking)

- Receipt balls from Marking and check the status of marking and printing status

- Check the coating machine and the conveyor

- Check the temperature of Dryer

- Examination of the ball to be coated

- Injecting the coating fluid into the paint blending machine

- Turn on the robot for moving balls

- Coating with the right amount of paint

- Check for abnormalities in dried products
