We are seeking to implement the best practices we provide to our clients to our own internal use cases.

What you will do:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Internal Reporting Analyst to own and manage our internal data stack, including Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma. This role will be responsible for developing robust data models, optimizing data workflows, and creating actionable dashboards to support internal business operations and decision-making.

You will:

  • Manage and maintain our internal data stack, including Snowflake (data warehouse), dbt (data transformation), and Sigma (BI/dashboarding).
  • Design, develop, and maintain data models in dbt that support reporting and analytics across business functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements and to translate them into scalable and maintainable data solutions.
  • Build and maintain Sigma dashboards to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights to internal users.
  • Manage the roll out of analytical use cases and their promotion from pilot, testing, to production including change management, documentation, and enablement
  • Monitor data quality and ensure integrity, governance, and best practices across systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements within data pipelines.
  • Act as the go-to expert for leadership on leveraging our internal data and using that data to make strategic business decisions.

As an Internal Reporting Analyst, you will be expected to work independently on development of internal use cases, contribute innovative ideas and initiatives to our reporting function, and be able to take on some ad-hoc delivery of small analytic projects.

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse.
    • dbt (Data Build Tool) for data modeling and transformation.
    • Sigma Computing or similar BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficient in SQL and experience optimizing data queries for performance.
  • Proficient with version control tools (e.g., Git) and modern data stack best practices.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles, ETL processes, and pipeline architecture.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and clear visualizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
