Roles & Responsibilities

Remote 1099 contractor with ability to fulfill 10-12 hours on-call per week (peak hours 4p-1a EST) and weekends

No conflicts of interest with current pediatric telehealth employer; licensed or eligible to practice pediatrics

Requirements:

Provide remote pediatric urgent care via telemedicine during on-call shifts (4:00 PM–1:00 AM EST) and weekends
Handle overflow visits when not on call and receive compensation per overflow visit
Maintain a high volume of visits (target 4+ visits per hour) and proficiently manage electronic medical records
Collaborate with other physicians and customer support to ensure holistic, evidence-based patient care and uphold Blueberry's mission and values

The Opportunity:

Role Details/Requirements:

This is a 1099 contract role.
You are expected to fulfill a minimum 10-12 hours of on-call time per week*, primarily during high volume hours (4p - 1a EST) and on weekends. Shifts are 3 hours long.
In addition to shift hours, we ask that you pick up overflow visits when not on call (you will be compensated $25 per overflow visit you take while not on call). This is a great way to make quick money!
It is expected that you accomplish at least 4 or more visits per hour. You will be compensated at a higher hourly rate if you are able to do more than that (ask us for more info).
You are an experienced multitasker and are well versed in managing an EMR.
You have no conflict of interest with your current job at a competing pediatric telehealth company.

Expected wage for this role: $85-100++/hr (calculated by on-call hours + visits completed - ask for more info and we'd be happy to share how compensation is broken out!)
