Production AI Graphic Designer - Ads, Email, Static, & Landing Pages

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-output, conversion-driven production designer to create a large volume of static assets and landing pages that drive measurable results. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; someone who can blend efficiency, creativity, and brand consistency while shipping dozens of pieces of creative each week.

You’ll design 15–20 landing pages bi-weekly, along with creative for ad flights, email campaigns, and other promotional initiatives. The emphasis is on volume, speed, and conversion performance, not just aesthetics. You’ll work closely with performance marketers, copywriters, and CRO strategists to test creative hypotheses, optimize conversion elements, and evolve the Doctronic brand system for scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting landing pages optimized for lead generation, trial signups, or telehealth conversions.

  • Produce large volumes of static creative for paid social, display, and programmatic ad campaigns.

  • Build and optimize email and SMS campaign creative, ensuring visual consistency across channels.

  • Collaborate with growth and product teams to implement CRO best practices (headline hierarchy, CTAs, forms, layout, mobile responsiveness).

  • Maintain Doctronic’s brand integrity while adapting visuals for performance use cases.

  • Use AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Runway, etc.) to accelerate concepting and production.

  • Continuously iterate on design based on performance data, A/B test outcomes, and user behavior insights.

  • Manage a structured file system for all assets, ensuring everything is ready for fast deployment.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in production or performance design, ideally in ecommerce, DTC, lead gen, or publication media.

  • Proven portfolio of conversion-focused landing pages or ads (include before/after metrics preferred).

  • Strong command of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT for copy integration).

  • Understanding of CRO principles; visual hierarchy, trust elements, social proof, form placement, urgency, and responsive design.

  • Comfort working in high-velocity environments with multiple concurrent campaigns and short turnarounds.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Webflow, or Statamic (preferred but not required).
