What you’ll do:

  • Lead and inspire our FOH team, setting the tone for excellence and fun

  • Create a culture of hospitality that feels both elevated and welcoming

  • See every shift as a training ground—coaching, mentoring, and empowering your people

  • Review P&Ls, optimize costs, and translate numbers into action and growth

  • Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless, story-rich experiences

  • Champion the guest perspective at every touchpoint—from walk-in to last call

What we’re looking for:

  • Foodservice or culinary degree preferred (but not required)
