The Role 

NewRocket is a global team made up of ServiceNow professionals who help our customers run and grow their ServiceNow environments.  Founded with the insight that technology has the power to make people’s lives better and recognized as one of the world’s most innovative companies, ServiceNow provides a platform that makes workflows work Our EMEA - Netherlands crew is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant to work with the Global Solutions Crew to ensure the company meets global targets and standards. This role is a player coach where you will work with the Global Leader on strategy and with account executives to close deals. This essential crew member will position technical solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives in support of our global sales team, a true hybrid of technical and sales skills. You will be joining a fast-paced team that solves new problems every week, all while leveraging the incredible power of the ServiceNow Platform.  

What you'll do:

  • Work with EMEA - Netherlands account executives to close deals
  • Leads complex technical solution development related to NewRocket’s full range of services and products; engages in conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications
  • Support Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
  • Considered an expert in pre-sales and solution development
  • Participates across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers
  • Leads demonstration the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
  • Generates product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)
  • Scopes and delivers Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
  • Creation of proposals, SOWs, use cases, and functional requirements documents
  • Responding to RFP/RFI/Tenders
  • Stays current on competitive analyses and understands differentiators between the company and its competitors
  • Understands business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security
  • In conjunction with Sales and Professional Services, conducts transition briefings, communicates commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment
