Job description

Location: Remote, based anywhere in India (able to support US hours partly)

Duration: 6 months (Full-time contractual role)

Company Overview: Our Client is a global organisation in the BFSI sector headquartered in the US.

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Internal Communications Expert to support the global HR Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic internal communication initiatives to ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values.
  2. Create engaging content for internal communications channels including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant information and updates for internal distribution.
  4. Manage internal communication platforms and ensure content is accurate, relevant, and timely.
  5. Support employee engagement activities such as town hall meetings, webinars, and workshops.
  6. Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on internal communication best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (10 years) in internal communications, preferably working closely with the HR Team.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  5. Familiarity with cultural nuances and sensitivities in communications, especially when working remotely across different regions.
