We are looking for our next Senior UX/UI Designer in Brazil to join the Magoya team 🌟

About the Role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that support and elevate the solutions developed by Magoya. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager, agricultural experts, and clients, actively participating in the discovery process to ensure our solutions are intuitive, functional, and visually engaging.

This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, as you will collaborate with teams across LATAM and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Create clear proposals and documentation to support ideas and solutions across different ideation stages.
Design, plan, and analyze testing strategies to validate solutions and improve the user experience.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Contribute to Magoya’s understanding of design trends and market needs in the agricultural industry.

Requirements
