Do you have experience as a Client Services Account Manager in a Digital Marketing Agency type of setting where you are managing up to 30 to 50+ different client accounts?

⁣⁣We are looking for Full-Time Client Account Managers to join our Digital Marketing Agency for Doctors; $42,000 - $60,000/year depending on experience. ⁣⁣We are a fast growing social media advertising agency that helps Doctors & Lawyers to get more new patients and cases with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads & Marketing Funnels.

Responsibilities: The Client Account Manager's responsibilities are to be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to the growth of the company (7FigureDocs + 7FigureLaw) and the success of its clients.

  • Project Management
  • Relationship Building
  • Building Marketing Website Funnels and Backend Automation
  • Support/Strategy Calls with Clients
  • Upselling Clients into higher packages
  • Being fully responsible for the success of the client
  • Full team communication through Slack
  • Support calls, texts, and emails with 30 to 50+ client accounts

This is mainly a role for very organized & detail oriented individuals who can manage a lot of moving parts and have real world experience managing client relationships via email, text, and phone support.
