POS Support Analyst with Kaseya Experience - Remote

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with R/D support tools such as Kaseya and SCCM
  • Windows 7/10 administration and log troubleshooting
  • Splunk or similar log analysis experience
  • PoS domain experience; scripting in PowerShell or Python

Requirements:

  • Nightly deployment validation and monitoring of deployments using Marimba with remediation per SOPs
  • Support software deployments overnight and ensure endpoints install per compliance reports before store openings
  • Triage deployment failures, troubleshoot per SOPs, and coordinate with stores to resolve issues
  • Communicate issue resolutions to release and deployment teams and perform maintenance and configuration support for deployment endpoints; assist with calls to stores using AWS Connect or similar tools

Job Title : POS Support Analyst with Kaseya Experience
Location : Remote
Position Type : Contract
US Citizen, Green Card, TN, GC EAD and H4 EAD only No Third-party agencies corp to corp.
Skills:
  • Experience in R/D support tools like Kaseya, SCCM
  • Windows 7/10 administration level for troubleshooting the logs
  • Splunk or similar tool to analyze the logs
  • Experience in Scripting languages like PowerShell/Python
  • PoS domain experience
  • Critical/Analytical thinking
  • Flexible to working during US night hours

Activities in Scope for Release & Deployment support Simphony 18.2 upgrade support activities

  • Nightly Deployment Validation North America/Canada Company owned stores
  • Monitoring of deployments using Marimba and perform remediation based on SOPs
  • Support software deployments overnight
  • Triage failures and verify that endpoints have successfully installed the software based on compliance report before store opening on following day
  • Troubleshoot deployment failure issues through SOPs with by calling the stores to resolve the issue as required
  • Communicate issue resolution to release and deployment teams
  • Perform maintenance and system configuration support for the endpoints that are part of deployment
  • Release/Deployment resources supports calling store using AWS Connect or any other tool to fix any ongoing release/deployment related issues
