Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: candidates from Canada/Remote

Job Type: 6+ Months Contract

Need Primary experience: ITSM, HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery), ITOM

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and enhance ITSM modules within ServiceNow.

· Support and improve Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and ITSM functionalities.

· Implement new ServiceNow GenAI capabilities.

· Collaborate with the team to manage the Service Hub efficiently.

Qualifications:

· Experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM.

· Familiarity with Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and GenAI features.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

ServiceNow certification and Agile experience
