Requirements:

Lead the rollout of the Intake Process across the organization (TTS)
Drive prioritization based on business value and alignment with OKRs
Coach teams on OKRs, translating strategies into outcome-oriented ways of working
Develop and implement models and processes to support product-area changes and execution

Job description

Role:- Agile Coach
Type: Only fulltime
Location: Irving, TX (EST and CST candidate only)

Certifications:- The candidate must be SPC6 certified .
Please let the candidate know that this is a remote role but if client ask they may be required to go office once in a month.

Job Description:

Looking for Senior, Enterprise Coach and knows it will be at the senior coach.
Must be excellent communicator and stakeholder manager and a quick learner
looking for coaches who can drive change in given areas of Product but who will also work to build out models and processes for implementation (so must also be analytical)
Focus will be on:
1. Intake Process – rolling it out across TTS
2. Prioritization (Business Value and driving OKRs)
3. OKR coaching – helping product to understand and translate to outcome oriented way of working
