Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Lead Generation
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (India) or Onsite in Pune
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Experience Level: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Time: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with a knack for lead generation to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to connect them with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat to assist prospects and existing customers.

  • Generate leads through proactive outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.

  • Maintain and update lead and customer records in CRM tools.

  • Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner to build strong customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and lead nurturing strategies.

  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead quality and conversion performance.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Working Conditions:

  • Remote work setup is available for candidates across India.

  • Onsite option available at our Pune office.
