Job description

Job Title: Platform Configuration Engineer - Braze
Job Location: Remote

Employment Type: C2C - Contractors Only
Duration: Long Term

Key Technology: Braze, Sigma, Amplitude, CueWeb

Job Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Braze campaigns, segments, canvases, and personalization settings.
Manage integrations with mobile/web apps, CDPs (like Segment), and push/email/SMS channels.
Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance through correct tagging and consent handling.
Support marketers in setting up experiments, user journeys, and A/B tests.
Maintain API keys, webhook configurations, and SDK setups.
Sigma Computing
Configure data connections, workspaces, and permissions for analysts and business users.
Optimize dashboards and datasets for performance and usability.
Collaborate with data engineers to define sources and transformations.
Implement row-level security and data governance best practices.
Set up and maintain event taxonomies, properties, user ID mappings, and cohorts.
Monitor instrumentation for accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Configure dashboards, funnels, retention analyses, and custom charts.
Integrate Amplitude with Braze and other martech tools for insight-to-action workflows.
Configure user roles, render queue visibility, and job submission settings via the CueWeb interface.
Integrate CueWeb with studio pipeline and authentication systems.
Customize filters, dashboard views, and job categorization for operational clarity.
Support render engineers and production teams in debugging and queue monitoring.
