This role combines Business Analysis, Technical Leadership, Testing Management, Data Migration, and Power BI Reporting responsibilities into one senior resource. The consultant will work closely with the SIS vendor (3D Solutions), colleges, and Ministries to ensure smooth transition from the existing OCSM system to the new SIS platform. This is a fully remote engagement requiring strong leadership, communication, and enterprise system implementation experience. Required Qualifications
