Demonstrated Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Experience
Requirements:
Provide planning and scheduling support to develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including proposal schedule development, Sustainment planning, and review of SOW and Basis of Estimate.
Advise Program Management when contractual impact is expected or when critical events occur, including factors affecting delivery or cost; ensure cross‑coordination with IPTs.
Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.
Develop and refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM); prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations; lead meetings/reviews and collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
Job description
This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple immediate requirements across client's Aeronautics Line of Business. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, Sustainment planning experience, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
Required Skills:
• Experience using planning Del Tek Open Plan
• Critical Path Scheduling methodology experience
• Program Master Scheduling Experience.
• Aerospace/Aviation (preferred)
