Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment while ensuring compliance with banking/financial or enterprise security standards.
