Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing (including IT Staffing, Professional Staffing, and SOW).
  • Strong business development and account management experience with a proven track record in managing customer relationships and delivering great service.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and MS Office (5+ years).

Requirements:

  • Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify and solicit new potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Secure open job requirements and prioritize client needs with sales leadership and internal recruiting/delivery teams

Responsibilities
  • Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify and solicit new potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Secure open job requirements and prioritize client needs with sales leadership and internal recruiting/delivery teams
  • Contact and meet with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build a customer intimate relationship
  • Partner with Delivery team in identifying open needs at clients, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates and collecting and providing candidate and interview feedback
  • Build business through proactive relationship building from meetings with hiring managers and executives at prospective and assigned clients

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing industry (including knowledge around IT Staffing, Professional Staffing, & SOW).
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Solid Sales and Account Management experience.
  • Solid experience managing customer relationship and provide great customer service.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in attending local customer and networking events.
  • 5+ years of experience with using CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong Business Development experience.
