Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Location: Remote
Department: Sales / Client Services
Reports To: Account Director / Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering strategic solutions that meet client needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to clients and leadership.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
