Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Manager who will own end-to-end product quality for digital platforms, APIs, and AI-enabled systems. This role focuses on quality transformation, test process maturity, and aligning QA with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale quality engineering practices across multiple products

• Transition QA from manual-heavy to automation-first approach

• Define testing standards for UI, API, data, and AI models

• Lead cross-functional QA teams across Agile release trains

• Work closely with Product, Architecture, and DevOps teams

• Drive risk-based testing and release readiness decisions

• Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines

• Track quality KPIs: defect leakage, automation coverage, cycle time

• Manage UAT coordination and production quality governance

• Coach teams on quality mindset and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years in Software Quality / Testing / QE

• Strong background in Manual Testing & Test Strategy

• Practical knowledge of test automation concepts

• Experience with API testing & backend validation

• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe

• Experience managing QA teams and stakeholders

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

• Experience testing AI/ML or data-driven applications

• Exposure to cloud-native applications

• Performance and security testing awareness

• CSPO / SAFe / ISTQB certifications

• Experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or platforms
