The Platform Quality & Reliability Lead is responsible for ensuring stability, scalability, and release confidence of SaaS and AI-powered enterprise platforms. This role blends quality engineering, reliability thinking, and release governance, working across product, engineering, and operations teams.
Own quality and reliability strategy for platform-based products
Define quality gates for features, integrations, and releases
Lead testing across UI, API, data pipelines, and platform services
Establish risk-based and impact-driven testing approaches
Partner with DevOps and SRE teams on release readiness
Analyze production incidents and prevent recurrence
Drive automation adoption and continuous testing
Monitor quality KPIs, SLAs, and platform health metrics
Support UAT, hotfix validation, and post-release reviews
11+ years in Software Quality / Platform Testing
Strong grounding in manual testing and test strategy
Practical understanding of automation and CI/CD pipelines
Solid experience with API and integration testing
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
Excellent stakeholder coordination and decision-making skills
Experience with SaaS, AI, or large enterprise platforms
Exposure to cloud-native architectures
Awareness of performance, reliability, and security testing
Certifications: SAFe / CSPO / ISTQB (any)
Strategic ownership of platform quality
