This role is for Migration of SQL Server databases from One server to another server but may also include BAU support operations. Performs activities related to day-to-day database maintenance and support. Key Responsibilities: Perform all intermediate level database support activities (Physical and Logical) including Incident Management and Service Request Management. Plan and execute Change Management and Problem Management. Monitor system performance, provide service availability, schedule maintenance tasks, perform regular health checks and troubleshoot event logs for normal operations. Apply documented system and security patches in order to ensure the security and stability of the environment. Produce problem reports, root cause analysis (RCA) reports, detailed change implementation plans, technical documentation, continuous improvement progress reports on automation and stabilization, and detailed implementation plans for mini projects.
