Are you passionate about cutting-edge Technology and implementing technical solutions?
We’re looking for a client-facing AI-focused Solutions Architect based in Denver to design and deliver Microsoft AI–centric solutions across Azure AI, Copilot, Modern Work, and Business Applications. This is a hands-on role that blends AI solution architecture, presales leadership, and delivery oversight, working with clients on both greenfield and complex transformation initiatives. You’ll help organizations responsibly adopt AI while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and integrated across cloud, productivity, and application platforms.
A Day in the Life: Lead the architecture and implementation of AI-powered Microsoft solutions, including Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, M365, Teams, and Dynamics 365Design end-to-end AI solutions that integrate data, applications, security, and user experience across cloud and hybrid environmentsTranslate business problems into practical AI use cases, balancing innovation with governance, cost, performance, and riskPartner with account executives and solution consultants to support presales activities, including AI demos, solution roadmaps, and technical proposalsProvide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle: discovery, AI envisioning, design, deployment, and transition to managed servicesDefine and own architecture artifacts such as AI solution diagrams, reference architectures, BOMs, SOW inputs, configuration standards, and knowledge transfer documentationServe as a trusted AI advisor to clients, guiding responsible AI adoption, modernization, and continuous improvementContribute to internal AI solution IP, reusable architectures, accelerators, and delivery methodologies across Azure, Modern Work, and Business ApplicationsWhat You Bring: 8+ years in enterprise solution architecture, consulting, or senior engineering roles with a strong Microsoft focusProven experience designing solutions using Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native architecturesStrong Azure foundation, including IaaS, PaaS, identity, networking, automation, and security best practicesHands-on experience with M365, Copilot, Teams, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, and virtualization platformsExposure to Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform, with interest in AI-enabled application modernization and automationAbility to clearly communicate AI concepts and architectural decisions to both technical and business audiencesExperience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and familiarity with DevOps conceptsExperience designing AI solutions in hybrid and enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with AI governance, security, and responsible AI principlesAbility to lead AI envisioning sessions, whiteboarding workshops, and executive discussionsExperience with virtual desktop infrastructure (AVD, Citrix, or RDS)Knowledge of enterprise frameworks such as Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, TOGAF, or ITILWhat Makes You Extra Awesome: Microsoft certifications like AI-900 – Azure AI Fundamentals, AI-102 – Azure AI Engineer Associate, DP-100 – Azure Data Scientist Associate, AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect Expert, PL-600 – Power Platform Solution ArchitectAD, Teams, Hyper-V or VMWare experienceWhy Work at Long View?
