What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team delivering substation physical and protection & control designs for utilities and EPC partners.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships throughout all phases.
• Review and guide deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Foster collaboration and drive a team culture focused on communication, accountability, and innovation.
• Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients and team members alike.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. PMP is required; PE license is a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in substation and power systems project management, with utility or EPC exposure. 
• Deep understanding of high-voltage substation design and the power delivery process. 
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Compensation

Estimated salary range: $110,000 – $150,000, based on experience, qualifications, and PMP status.
