Requirements:

  • Oversee 2-3 regional/local brands and 2-3 concept teams (or 3-6 writers) and manage day-to-day workload while upholding Greenpark creativity standards.
  • Present and defend creative work to meet brand objectives; contribute to pitches/initiatives/upsells (1-2 per year) and lead 1-2 internal agency workshops annually.
  • Dissect briefs, brand objectives, and key messages; provide strategic creative direction by collaborating with strategists and the Creative Director.
  • Lead creative leadership and people management: review/clear concepts, ensure standards, support pitches and campaigns, and drive team KPIs and training.

About the Role 
The Associate Creative Director is responsible for the day-to-day workload of her/his concept team. The role supports the Creative Director in leading the team, ensuring the Greenpark standards in terms of creativity are adhered to, and creating creative solutions that meet brand objectives.    

 

Scope and Responsibilities 

Projects and Ad hoc 

  • Oversee 2-3 regional and/or local brands; 2-3 concept teams OR 3-6 writers 
  • Work on 1-2 pitches/initiatives/upsells in a year 
  • Hold 1-2 internal agency workshops in a year 


Client Relationship 

  • Understand client needs and work with the team to come up with creative solutions that meet the standards of both the brand and Greenpark 
  • Present and defend creative work and how it aligns with the brand objectives 

 

Creative Strategy 

  • Dissect and digest briefs, brand objectives, and key messages while working closely with strategists and the Creative Director to provide strategic creative direction 


Creative Leadership & People Management 

  • Day to Day – review and clear creative concepts and content while ensuring that Greenpark standards and brand objectives are met 
  • Pitches, Upsells, Initiatives, and Campaigns – work with the Creative Director in setting the overall creative direction, narrative, and tonality; present and defend the work during internals and client presentations 
  • PR&D - assess the team’s performance; provide feedback and recommendations so the creative director / creative department head can develop goals and KPIs for the team. 
  • Trainings and Workshops – propose external and internal trainings to help hone and polish individual and team skills 
  • Interviews – identify potential talents and how well they can fit in the team’s creative culture 
  • Creative Synergy – collaborate with different departments to come up with creative work that meets the client’s needs, brand objectives, and Greenpark standards 


Terms and Conditions 

  • Overtime work/work beyond 7.5 hours, during weekdays, is subject to overtime pay/offset per hour/reallocation of total hours per month 
  • Overtime work during holidays and weekdays is subject to twice the overtime pay or offset per hour/day 
  • In case of work on a Monday, consultant can file for an offset or charge per daily rate 
  • Work not mentioned in “Projects and Ad hoc” is subject to additional fee based on daily/hourly rate; e.g. awards, 3rd pitch, 4th brand, internal agency work 
  • Employee is subject to confidentiality agreement with Greenpark and its brands 
  • Contract termination before the stated end of contract, from either the employer or the consultant must have 30 days lead time
