Responsibilities

  • Design, organization and execution of in-house flagship programs on employee, team and management development, as well as educational programs and engagement initiatives, including reserves and financial literacy for external partners such as MOE.
  • Strategic Program Development: Design and deliver targeted learning and engagement initiatives for diverse audiences, and drive efforts to scale existing and new programs while incorporating emerging trends.
  • Program Innovation: Identify and implement emerging digital tools, platforms and technologies to enhance learning outcomes and engagement, using data-driven feedback to iterate and improve reach and impact.
  • Learning Materials Development: Create high-quality and engaging learner resources—such as digital modules, infographics and guides—to support different learning styles and maximise understanding and knowledge retention.

What impact can you make in this role?

You will be part of a team that champions the people development agenda for GIC and contributes to learning and engagement initiatives for partner institutions.  

 

You will join the team as an Analyst/Associate, Learning & Development on a 2-year contract.  

 

What will you do as an Analyst/Associate, Learning & Development (Contract)? 

You will be part of a team that looks after the design, organization and execution of in-house flagship programs on employee, team and management development, as well as educational programs and engagement initiatives focused on reserves and financial literacy for key external partners, such as the Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE).

 

You will be involved in:

  • Strategic Program Development: Design and deliver targeted learning and engagement initiatives for diverse audiences, and drive efforts to scale both existing and new programs to reach wider groups. Anticipate and incorporate emerging trends into program plans to refine established offerings and test fresh ideas.

 

  • Program Innovation: Identify and implement emerging digital tools, platforms and technologies to enhance learning outcomes and engagement. Use data-driven feedback to iterate and continually improve program reach, participant engagement and overall impact.

  • Learning Materials Development: Create high-quality and engaging learner resources – such as digital modules, infographics and guides – to support different learning styles and maximise understanding and knowledge retention. 
     
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop tailored outreach campaigns for existing and new initiatives to strengthen awareness and participation. Facilitate open dialogues with stakeholders and challenge established approaches to elevate program outcomes. Provide proactive support to ensure a seamless participant experience.

 

  • Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal trainers and external partners to ensure cohesive, high-value program experiences for all participants.
