As part of The World’s First Civilian Cybersecurity ForceFenix24’s army of battle-tested specialists deliver ransomware restoration and recovery services to bring an organization’s operations back online effectively and efficiently. Fenix24 also provides an assurance of recovery in the event of a cyberattack, leading to the full restoration of critical infrastructure, data and systems, with a minimum of downtime and financial loss. 


About This Position 

The Account Executive will be a professional, highly self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of managing and closing deals, and accurately building and forecasting a pipeline of business in the six-figure to seven figure ARR range per deal.  You will take your proven track record of selling complex security solutions to various personas ranging from security practitioners up to the C-Suit.  You must have knowledge of the Cybersecurity stack and leverage the Challenger’s Sale methodology to guide your customers towards a unique, highly secure solution  This role reports to the VP of Sales.  


Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers at the executive/economic buyer level. 
  • Act urgently on leads from various channel sources to drive more pipeline 
  • Leverage MEDPICC and Force Management methodology for strong forecast accuracy. 
  • Maintain CRM hygiene on a weekly basis with ability to accurately forecast quarterly business.  
  • Attend quarterly events in territory as needed 
  • Maintain channel partnerships to drive additional opportunities 
  • Build business value into proposals and work with SE team to incorporate technical value 
  • Communicate and execute weekly strategic and tactical sales goals with ISR, Account Manager, and SE team members.  
  • Other duties as required 



Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills 

  • 5+ years of solution selling experience in IT, cyber security, data protection/backups, or managed services with demonstrated technical acumen.  
  • C-Suite level relationship management and new business experience.  
  • Enterprise sales experience selling to Fortune based organizations (multi-million dollar solutions) 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including demonstrated ability to interact with executive leadership, customer stakeholders and IT leadership.  
  • Collaborate with pre and post sales internal support teams  
  • Willingness to learn and sell Cybersecurity in a non-traditional way 
  • Excellent analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, including strong relationship building skills and leadership capabilities.  
  • Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling Fenix24’s Culture and Values.
